Notification: The Ministry of Health and Welfare, in accordance with Article 8 of the "Regulations for the Establishment of Indoor Smoking Rooms" which stipulates the scope of "professional institutions recognized by the central competent authority" and the regulations for issuing inspection certificates, and the "Announcement of the Abolition of the Announcement of the Department of Health, Executive Yuan, No. 0970700607, dated September 18, 2008" from this date onwards.

Description:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Health and Welfare's letter No. 1120760378D dated April 24, 112.
2. Smoking rooms shall be inspected and certified by personnel holding equivalent professional or technical licenses as announced in the former Department of Health's letter No. 0970700607 dated September 18, 97. This certificate, upon expiration after 2 years, must be renewed according to the aforementioned regulations.
