I. To cultivate emerging young directors and film production talent in Taiwan, our organization and the ASUS Foundation have continuously co-hosted the "Touching Moments National Campus Short Film Competition" for many years. This year marks the 14th edition of the event, calling on students across the country to unleash their youthful creativity and visual power. We hope to create an annual grand event for student film submissions, using the power of imagery to exert influence. The "14th Touching Moments" competition is seeking short films ranging from 99 seconds to 3 minutes, with the highest prize money reaching NT$100,000.

III. This year, we have specially planned "Campus Roadshows on the Power of Imagery." By inviting outstanding professionals in the film and television industry or past winners of Touching Moments, we aim to engage in in-depth exchanges and interactions with students on campus, sharing their creative insights and practical experiences.
