II. The Hakka Affairs Council has commissioned National Taiwan Normal University to undertake the project "Development of Hakka Digital Learning Materials and Mobile Learning for Elementary Schools (Grades 3-6)." To promote Hakka digital and mobile learning in elementary schools and enhance teachers' effectiveness in Hakka instruction, workshops will be held to promote the concept and cultivate relevant talent.

III. Please inform and encourage your teachers to actively participate in the aforementioned workshops. The dates and locations are: Saturday, May 13, 112, at the first floor of Zhencheng Hall, Wuri Elementary School, Taichung City, and Saturday, May 20, 112, at the International Conference Hall, 2nd Floor, College of Education, Library Campus, National Taiwan Normal University.
