2. The Hakka Affairs Council has commissioned National Taiwan Normal University to undertake the project of 'Development of Digital Learning Materials for Hakka Language in Elementary Schools and Mobile Learning (Grades 3-6)'. To promote digital and mobile learning of Hakka language in elementary schools and enhance teachers' effectiveness in teaching Hakka, workshops will be held to promote the concept and cultivate relevant talents.

3. Please inform and encourage your teachers to actively participate in the aforementioned workshops. The workshops will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at the first floor of Zhencheng Hall, Wuri Elementary School, Taichung City, and on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at the International Conference Hall, 2nd Floor, College of Education, Library Campus, National Taiwan Normal University.
