I. The National Science and Technology Council's (NSTC) "Open Call for Popular Science Creative Competition" was launched last year for the first time, calling on students to unleash their creativity in popular science. Through the dual competitions of "Popular Science Creative Proposal" and "Popular Science Short Film," and after rigorous selection, the final award results have been announced. The NSTC will hold the "Open Call for Popular Science Exhibition" on May 26, 112 (2023), giving the winning works an opportunity to share and interact with the public.
II. The exhibition will also showcase a total of 45 results from NSTC popular science activity projects. Through rich and diverse science demonstrations, profound scientific research results will be transformed into hands-on interactive experiments and experience models that are easy for all ages to understand, allowing all sectors to spark imagination for popular science. During the exhibition, a series of wonderful popular science videos will be screened in the stage area, including award-winning popular science short films from the Open Call for Popular Science Creative Competition, as well as videos from the NSTC's popular science product production and broadcasting plan, allowing the public to immerse themselves in a treasure trove of in-depth scientific knowledge and a feast for popular science audio-visuals.
III. Event Time: May 26, 112 (2023), from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
IV. Event Location: Warehouse No. 1, Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, Taipei (No. 133, Guangfu South Road, Xinyi District, Taipei City).
V. To allow everyone to experience it in depth, the organizer provides group reservation services during the exhibition. Reservations can be made for groups of 5 or more people.
