Considering the learning needs of Hakka beginners and younger students, the Hakka Affairs Council is offering the Basic Hakka Language Proficiency Test for the first time starting from 112 (2023). The test format combines the Basic and Elementary levels into a single paper. The certification will be held on two dates: Saturday, September 2, 112 (2023), and Sunday, September 17, 112 (2023). Applicants can choose one session to register. The registration period is from now until Friday, June 9, 112 (2023). Registration is free for applicants aged 19 and under. Please inform and encourage students, Hakka beginners, and those interested in the Hakka language to participate.
