I. The Hakka Affairs Council is holding its first Hakka Language Proficiency Basic Level Certification this year. This certification is designed for younger students and beginners in the Hakka language. The test format is combined with the elementary level test on the same paper. The certification will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023, and Sunday, September 17, 2023, in two sessions. Candidates can choose either session to register. Additionally, applicants under 19 years of age are exempt from the registration fee. The registration deadline has been extended to Monday, June 26, 2023. Please encourage students and faculty to participate enthusiastically.
