Description:

1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's National and Preschool Education Administration's letter No. 1120010216 dated February 3, 112.

2. Participants: Students currently enrolled in public and private kindergartens, elementary schools, and junior high schools nationwide (112 academic year enrollment).

3. Submission Period: Monday, September 4, 112, to Saturday, September 30, 112.

4. Competition Content:

(1) Submission Theme: Parent-child reading reflections and thoughts on multicultural picture books or related books.

(2) Content of Reflections: Any multicultural picture books or related books, including content on the humanities, history, geography, and customs of various countries. (Picture books or books must have an International Standard Book Number ISBN barcode.)

(3) Group Categories: Divided into Kindergarten Group, Lower Elementary Group, Middle Elementary Group, Upper Elementary Group, and Junior High Group, totaling 5 groups.

(4) Submission Quantity: Each person is limited to submitting 1 entry. Each entry is limited to 1 author and 1 supervising teacher.

(5) Awards: Each group will select Excellent, Preferred, Grade A, Honorable Mention, and Selected awards. Please refer to the prospectus for detailed award numbers and prize money/gift certificates.

5. Registration Method:

(1) This event is online registration. Please visit the "New Immigrant Children's Education Information Network" (https://mkm.k12ea.gov.tw/), click on "Competition Activities," and then select the "National Multilingual Multicultural Picture Book Parent-Child Reading Reflections and Thoughts Selection" special area to register online and upload the authorization consent form and registration form.

(2) If registering as a school, please register as a school unit. Submit the signed authorization consent form to the school's data and registration group, which will then submit it to the organizing school.

(3) The registration system operation manual can be downloaded from the "New Immigrant Children's Education Information Network" manual section (https://mkm.k12ea.gov.tw/manual).

6. Attached are the 112 Annual National Multilingual Multicultural Picture Book Parent-Child Reading Reflections and Thoughts Selection Activity Plan and electronic poster, one copy each.
