I. To cultivate the scientific and technological literacy of students at all levels in this city and promote interest in learning emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Bureau has planned a series of STEAM and new technology education courses during the summer of 112 to guide students in understanding future technological development trends.
II. The Bureau previously opened registration for 146 sessions of camp courses, which received enthusiastic responses from students and parents. This time, an additional 20 sessions have been added. Key information is summarized below. Please refer to the attached implementation plan for details:
(I) Target Audience: Students and their parents currently enrolled in public and private elementary and junior high schools (including non-school-based experimental education institutions and national schools) under the jurisdiction of the Bureau. Please refer to the "Attached Course Schedule" for age and enrollment restrictions for each camp.
(II) Registration Method: All registrations for this event must be made online. The registration portal is the "Taipei City Science and Technology Education Network" (Website: https://techpro.tp.edu.tw/).
(III) Registration Period: From 12:00 PM on July 10, 112 (Monday) to 12:00 PM on July 12, 112 (Wednesday). Enrollment lists will be determined by computer lottery. The enrollment lists will be announced on the Taipei City Science and Technology Education Network on July 14, 112 (Friday).
(IV) Course Dates and Locations: From July 20, 112 (Thursday) to August 11, 112 (Friday), held at the Yongchun 3A Teaching Base Center, Nanmen Technology Center, Longshan Technology Center, Beitou Technology Center, Rixin Technology Center, and Yongchun 3A Teaching Center in this city.
