The Municipal Government, in order to assist all agencies (organizations) and schools under this government in handling sexual harassment cases in accordance with the , and to take immediate and effective corrective and remedial measures upon learning of sexual harassment, and to actively prevent the occurrence of sexual harassment and provide an environment free from sexual harassment for its personnel, has formulated the aforementioned guidelines after consulting the professional opinions of the Municipal Government's Department of Social Welfare, Department of Labor, and Department of Legal Affairs.
