I. The event will feature Mr. Xu Renhe, a gentleman with rich photography experience and multiple photography awards, as the keynote speaker. It is expected that through discussions of photographic works and lectures on photography theory, colleagues will be guided to express their inner thoughts and feelings through photography.

(I) Event Time and Location: September 15, 112 (Friday), from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, at the 201 Multi-function Conference Room, North Area, 2nd Floor, Municipal Government Building.

(II) Registration Period: From now until September 8, 112 (Friday).

(III) Participants: Employees, retired personnel, and their dependents of all agencies and schools of the Municipal Government.

(IV) Course Theme: The Heartbeat of Photography.
