I. The event will feature Mr. Xu Ren-He, a seasoned photographer with multiple awards, as the keynote speaker. Through discussions of his photographic works and lectures on photographic theory, we aim to guide colleagues in expressing their inner thoughts and feelings through photography.

(I) Date and Time: Friday, September 15, 2023, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, at the Multifunctional Conference Room 201, North Area, 2nd Floor, City Hall.

(II) Registration Period: From now until Friday, September 8, 2023.

(III) Participants: Employees, retired personnel, and their families from various agencies and schools of this government.
