Participants: Students with disabilities, special education classes, and resource classes nationwide.
Competition Theme: Expand on the theme of "Happy Painting, Sustainable Care." All art forms are welcome. We look forward to works that inspire emotion and encourage social care.
Artwork Specifications:
(1) Four-open drawing paper (preschool group can choose eight-open drawing paper). Materials are not limited (colored pencils, crayons, watercolors, etc.), and the creation format is not restricted (computer creation, printmaking, etc.); no mounting required.
(2) Three-dimensional works, pottery, sculptures, and other creations.
(3) Grouping Method:
Group A: Students receiving resource class services and possessing a disability certificate or assessment and identification committee certification, divided by age into elementary school lower grades, elementary school upper grades, and youth.
Group B: Students with sensory impairments (visual, auditory, speech, facial disfigurement) and physical disabilities, divided by age into elementary school lower grades, elementary school upper grades, and youth.
Group C: Students with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities and holding a disability certificate and assessment certification.
Group D: Students with multiple severe disabilities.
Group E: Indigenous children who meet the above criteria.
Preschool Group: Preschool students holding a disability certificate or assessment certification.
