In conjunction with the "Regulations on Retirement, Severance, and Pensions for Public School Faculty and Staff" which came into effect on July 1, 2018, four interpretive decrees issued by the Ministry of Education, including Decree No. Tai Ren (San) Zi Di 0950072395C dated June 20, 2006, have been repealed by the Ministry's Decree Tai Jiao Ren (Si) Zi Di 1124203591A dated December 25, 2023. Additionally, 68 related interpretive decrees concerning retirement and pensions for public school faculty and staff have also ceased to apply, with all repeals and cessations of application taking effect from July 1, 2018.
