2. Through discussions on various topics, we will offer courses on stress relief, diverse practical knowledge, and exercises. These courses aim to provide counseling and support resources for teachers, thereby enhancing their teaching and counseling effectiveness, enabling them to gain self-awareness and integration, relieve work stress, and improve their mental health.

3. Participants and number: 20 teachers from all levels of schools (including affiliated kindergartens) in this city.

4. Course dates: January 24, 113 (Wednesday) full day 09:00-16:10, March 6 (Wednesday) half day 13:30-16:10.

5. Registration deadline: From now until January 19, 113 (Friday).

6. Course location: The "Teacher's Hope & Mind Workshop" of this center.

7. Registration method: Please log in to the Taipei City Teacher In-service Training website (https://insc.tp.edu.tw) to register before the deadline. After administrative approval, the school's training coordinator should then enter the system to complete the nomination registration.
