I. In accordance with the operating guidelines for the teacher counseling and support services of this center.

II. Through discussions on various topics, stress-relief courses with diverse practical knowledge and exercises will be offered to provide teachers with counseling and support resources, aiming to enhance teachers' teaching and counseling effectiveness, and further to help them become self-aware and integrated, thereby alleviating teachers' work stress and improving their mental health.

III. Participants and number: 20 teachers from all levels of schools (including affiliated kindergartens) in this city.

IV. Course dates: January 24, 113 (Wednesday) full day 09:00-16:10, March 6 (Wednesday) half day 13:30-16:10.

V. Registration deadline: From now until January 19, 113 (Friday).

VI. Course location: The center's Teacher Hope & Mind Studio.

VII. Registration method: Please log in to the Taipei City Teacher In-service Training Website (https://insc.tp.edu.tw) to register before the registration deadline. After administrative approval, the school's training coordinator will enter the system to recommend and register participants.
