2023-2024 School Year Badminton Team Second Tryout Announcement, Xinyi Elementary School, Xinyi District, Taipei City

I. Purpose: To participate in external competitions, enhance students' self-development and realization, establish a school team, and train players, hence holding this tryout.

II. Details:

• To enhance the diversity of the school team members and recruit new students with specialized skills, this second tryout for the badminton school team is specially organized. Students are welcome to sign up enthusiastically and arrive on time for the team tryout.
• Registration Date:FromJanuary 12 (Friday) to January 15 (Monday),Register on theXinyi Elementary School website [After-School Program & Payment System], or scan the QR code to visit the school team's dedicated website for information and registration.
• For any other matters not covered, please contact Teacher Xie at the Student Affairs Office, Sports Section, at 2720-4005 ext. 822.
• BeforeJanuary 18 (Thursday), the list of selected team members will be announced on the Xinyi Elementary School website.
• Notes:

• Students with a good learning attitude, who can accept rigorous training, and who participate in training on time without being late or leaving early are welcome to join the Xinyi school team.
• Once selected for the team, students must participate in winter and summer training, as well as morning and afternoon training during the academic year. If a student withdraws from the team due to reasons during the academic year, they may not transfer to another team and will be disqualified from the school team tryouts for the following academic year. The school reserves the final decision-making power.
• Those currently training with the school team should not participate in this tryout.
• Any amendments to the tryout methods will be announced separately on the Xinyi Elementary School team's dedicated website.
• If a registered student cannot attend the tryout on the scheduled date due to the pandemic, a make-up test time will be notified separately.

III. School Team Categories and Introduction:

1.Badminton Team(Tryout Location:Activity Center) 1/16 (Tuesday) 08:00-08:35, selection by the school team selection committee.Eligibility:Targeting male and female students in the third, fourth, and fifth grades of our school for the 2023-2024 academic year,

• selected based on merit.Training times are every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 07:55 to 08:35; every Monday and Wednesday from 16:00 to 17:40, and during winter and summer breaks, with guidance from an external coach.The fee per semester is over NT$6,000
