1. In accordance with the operating guidelines for the teacher counseling and support services of this center.

2. Through discussions on various topics, conduct diverse stress-relief practical knowledge and practice courses, providing counseling and support resources for teachers. The aim is to enhance teachers' teaching and counseling effectiveness, and to promote self-awareness and integration, thereby alleviating teachers' work stress and improving their mental health.

3. Participants and number of participants: Teachers from all levels of schools (including affiliated kindergartens) in the city. Each workshop will have 30 participants.

4. Course location: The course will be conducted online via the Google Meet platform.

5. Registration method: Please log in to the Taipei City Teacher In-service Training Website (https://insc.tp.edu.tw) to register before the registration deadline. After administrative approval, the school's training coordinator will enter the system to recommend and register.
