I. In accordance with the Talent Cultivation and Development Plan for Civil Servants of this Government in 113.

II. Training Objectives: To enhance the oral expression skills of the personnel of this Government and improve the effectiveness of policy communication and policy marketing.

III. Target Audience: Personnel related to policy marketing business in all agencies of this Government.

IV. Training Dates: March 20, 113 (Wednesday) and March 22, 113 (Friday).

V. Training Content: Basic communication skills, hard and soft skills for oral expression, oral and non-verbal expression, application and practice in different occasions, etc., totaling 14 hours. The course schedule is detailed in Attachment 1.
