2. To guide students in using Hakka for communication on campus and to integrate Hakka into daily life, gradually making it the language of campus life, a Hakka dialogue competition is specially organized. The competition categories include junior elementary school, senior elementary school, junior high school, and senior high school, with two divisions: General Area and Hakka Cultural Development Area. Through the competition, peer students are encouraged to converse in Hakka with each other, increasing the frequency of Hakka usage, thereby enhancing the Hakka proficiency of young students and increasing the visibility of Hakka.

3. Winning teams will be awarded team trophies, individual certificates, and generous cash prizes. Registration is open from now until March 31, 113 (2024). 4. To enable teachers and students from public and private elementary, junior high, and senior high schools across all cities and counties nationwide to understand the competition methods, procedures, judging criteria, and awards for the "113 National Primary and Secondary School Hakka Arts and Culture Competition - Hakka Dialogue Competition," two online briefing sessions will be held in March 113 (2024). The first session will be on March 9, 113 (2024), from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and the second session will be on March 13, 113 (2024), from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Each session is limited to 300 participants. We cordially invite teachers and staff from schools intending to participate to register for the online briefing sessions.
