I. In accordance with the implementation plan of the Taipei City Junior and Senior High School Crosstalk Competition for the year 113.

II. To promote the traditional crosstalk performing art, enhance the Mandarin language proficiency of junior and senior high school students in the city, and improve students' crosstalk performance and appreciation abilities, the Bureau has specifically commissioned Shidong Elementary School and Da'an Elementary School to undertake the aforementioned activities.

III. Competition Information:

(I) Competition Dates: Tuesday, July 2, 113, and Wednesday, July 3, 113.

(II) Competition Venue: 12th Floor, Yu Hua High School, Taipei City.

(III) Competition Themes and Participants:

1. Group A (Junior high school grades 7-9, equivalent to GRADE7-GRADE9 in international schools): Themes related to human-centered traffic safety.

2. Group B (Elementary school grades 4-6, equivalent to GRADE4-GRADE6 in international schools): Multicultural themes.

3. Group C (Elementary school grades 1-3, equivalent to GRADE1-GRADE3 in international schools): No theme restrictions (principle of healthy and positive content).

(IV) Registration Method: Please have the person in charge at each school register on the "113 Crosstalk Competition Special Website": http://app.stps.tp.edu.tw/crosstalk/.

(V) Registration Process:

1. Registration will be open on the website from Monday, May 6, 113, until 3:00 PM on Monday, May 13, 113. The process is completed by uploading the scanned and stamped registration form (PDF) and the work authorization and student name consent form (PDF) by Thursday, May 16, 113.

2. Upload the complete script (docx or odt format) by Wednesday, June 12, 113.

IV. Team Leader Meeting: The meeting will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 29, 113, on the 2nd floor of the Da'an Elementary School Activity Center, Da'an Cinema. Participating schools are requested to send their supervising teachers or section chiefs with official leave.

V. Furthermore, to promote the traditional crosstalk performing art, this year's competition is open to international overseas Chinese schools.
