I. In accordance with the "Teacher Counseling and Support Service Operation Guidelines" of this center.

II. This workshop aims to improve the brain's autopilot mode through mindfulness practice, re-establish new neural pathways, promote teachers' self-integration and balance, enhance workplace and life well-being, and apply learned skills to students, thereby achieving the win-win goal of self-care and professional growth for both teachers and students.

III. Target Audience and Number of Participants: Teachers from all levels of schools (including kindergartens) in Taipei City, 25 participants.

IV. Time: July 8, 2024 (Mon), July 15, 2024 (Mon), July 19, 2024 (Fri), July 22, 2024 (Mon), July 26, 2024 (Fri), from 9:00 AM to 4:10 PM, for a total of 5 days and 30 hours.

V. Venue: This center (No. 2, Jianguo Street, Beitou District, Taipei City).

VI. Registration Deadline: From now until June 3, 2024 (Monday).

VII. The Support and Companionship Workshop is a complete experiential group process, not a "buffet-style" course. Teachers who can commit to attending the full 30 hours are welcome to register. Please refer to the attached implementation plan for course content, registration process, selection methods, and other related matters.
