I. The Ministry of Education, in order to promote the Family Education Resource Network and website learning resources, has commissioned National Open University to undertake the aforementioned call for submissions. The brief description is as follows:

(I) Submission Period: From now until November 1, 2024 (Friday).

(II) Eligibility: Elementary school group, junior and senior high school group, and general public group (including universities and colleges). Individuals or groups may register.

(III) Submission Theme: The theme should be based on the content from the Family Education Resource Network/General Public Learning Resources/Articles, focusing on the five major learning categories of parent-child education, marriage education, ethics education, resource management education, or multicultural education for the conceptual creation of four-panel comics.
