II. To assist frontline education personnel in identifying and guiding children who have witnessed domestic violence, and to enhance public concern and sensitivity towards such issues, the Ministry of Health and Welfare has developed digital learning materials (including a general public version and an early childhood education personnel version). We request that your school and kindergarten actively promote these materials to faculty and staff (for the early childhood education personnel version, kindergartens are requested to provide them to childcare service personnel) and parents. It is also recommended to incorporate these materials into training programs for teachers, parents, and students.
