II. The aforementioned event is organized by the Chinese Children's Art Education Association and co-organized by the Taiwan branch of the Japan Aesthetic Education and Culture Association, selecting outstanding domestic works to participate in the World Children's Art Exhibition held in Japan.

III. Submissions for this event should be made as a group.
