To ensure that all agencies and schools in the city have a standardized process to follow when using artificial intelligence (AI) for operations, and to comply with relevant responsibilities and legal regulations, the Municipal Government issued the "Taipei City Government Guidelines for AI Operations" on September 9, 113 (2024), Ref: 府授資創字第11330102301号.
3. Unless otherwise specified by other laws and regulations, schools should follow the aforementioned guidelines when applying AI technology to public affairs, in order to avoid social risks and thereby enhance the efficiency and safety of city governance.
4. Attached are the original letter from the Municipal Government and one copy of the "Taipei City Government Guidelines for AI Operations".
