I. In accordance with the Municipal Government's letter No. 11330102301 dated September 9, 113.
II. To ensure that all agencies and schools in the city have a standardized process to follow when using artificial intelligence operations, and to comply with relevant responsibilities and legal regulations, the Municipal Government promulgated the "Taipei City Government Guidelines for Artificial Intelligence Operations" by letter No. 11330102301 dated September 9, 113.
III. Unless otherwise specified by other laws and regulations, schools shall follow the aforementioned guidelines when using artificial intelligence technology in official duties to avoid social risks and thereby enhance municipal efficiency and safety.
IV. Attached are the original letter from the Municipal Government and the "Taipei City Government Guidelines for Artificial Intelligence Operations", one copy each.
