I. Basis: Xinyi Elementary School, Xinyi District, Taipei City 113th Year Sports Performance Meeting Activity Implementation Plan.

II. Purpose: To enrich the content of the sports performance meeting and inherit the school's spirit, this theme design selection activity is specially organized. The content symbolizes the educational spirit and heritage of Xinyi Elementary School, and is themed around sports activities. The winning entries will be the design elements for this year's sports day invitation card.

III. Theme Name:

1.Expressing the spirit of Xinyi Elementary School's 113th Academic Year Sports Performance Meeting“Xin Fu Yong Xu Qi Guo Ji, Yi Xiang Zi Zhu Wu Wei Lai”spirit.

2.Showcasing the excellent traditional spirit, long history, culture, and geographical characteristics of Xinyi Elementary School.

3.Presenting the contemporary spirit of tradition and innovation, localization and internationalization. 

IV. Selection Method:

(I) The content of the design drawing should be rich in innovation, vitality, and sustainable development characteristics, and be coordinated with the sports activity theme.

(II) For printing purposes, the content of the drawing should ideally not contain text (leave space on the picture for post-production text during card design).

(III) Specifications:

1.Paper Specifications:8-open size, horizontal format, flat content..

2.Colors, shapes, and materials are not restricted. Computer graphics can also be printed and presented according to specifications (if computer graphics are used, please attach the electronic file).

3.Please briefly explain the meaning of the drawing content in text.

(IV)The copyright of the selected works will be fully handled by the organizer. Submitted works will not be returned. Winning works must be modified, color-adjusted, etc., to match the invitation card design, and the original author shall not object.

(V) Submitted works must be individual creations; group creations will not be evaluated. Plagiarism or imitation is prohibited. If such incidents occur, the qualification will be canceled. If copyright is infringed, the author shall be responsible.

(VI) Scoring Criteria: Theme Clarity 40%, Composition Completeness 30%, Creativity Novelty 30%

(VII) Submission Deadline:From now untilOctober 25, 113 (Friday) at 12:00 PM..

(VIII) Submission Method: Submit the completed works directly to the Sports Group of the Student Affairs Office.

(IX) Announcement of Results: To be announced on the school website before November 8, 113.
