1. In accordance with the Hakka Affairs Council's letter No. KKH-YU-ZI-11367009801 dated November 1, 2024.

2. Reiterate the relevant incentive measures for our government colleagues who have passed the Hakka language proficiency certification. Please proceed in accordance with the letter No. FU-SHOU-KE-ER-ZI-10730183000 dated April 19, 2018:

(1) In accordance with the "Hakka Affairs Council's Operational Guidelines for Rewarding Public Servants with Outstanding Hakka Performance," national public servants who pass the Hakka proficiency certification will be rewarded. Passing the elementary level certification will result in a commendation once, the intermediate level certification will result in a commendation twice, and the advanced intermediate level certification or above will result in a merit once. However, to avoid duplicate awards, awards for passing each level are limited to the first time passing. Additionally, if someone who has already passed a higher level passes a lower level again, no award will be given.

(2) Participants in the Hakka language proficiency certification will be granted one day of compensatory leave.
