1. To provide a channel for colleagues in our government to report personal rights and interests issues, our government has established the "Report Personal Rights and Interests Issues" system, which has been in operation since January 1, 2018. Colleagues can apply through this system and provide the specific content of the case (who, what, when, where) and information that can be used for assistance. The personnel unit of the applicant's first-level agency and district office will then handle the case and provide necessary assistance based on the actual situation of each case, and then reply with the relevant handling status within the system.
2. To provide a channel for colleagues in our government to report personal rights and interests issues to the government level, starting from now, the "Competent Authority" field in TAIPEION (Web Device) Common Operations / Employee Participation Portal / "Report Personal Rights and Interests Issues" system has added a checkbox function for "Cases Requiring Government-Level Understanding." If the applicant checks "Cases Requiring Government-Level Understanding," the competent authority will display "Taipei City Government." The Personnel Department of our government will handle it and report the handling status to the government level in a timely manner.
3. Furthermore, the working conditions or management measures and other rights and interests of civil servants, personnel appointed (hired, employed) according to law, and appointed personnel, as well as remedies for illegal or obviously improper administrative dispositions made by agencies, can be applied (or quasi-applied) according to the procedures stipulated in the "Civil Service Protection Act." For personnel applicable to the "Labor Standards Act" regarding appeals for personal rights and interests, in addition to submitting to the labor-management conference or labor union organization of the service agency or school, they can also apply for labor dispute mediation to the Labor Affairs Bureau of our government. This is also explained.
