Important! For the 113th academic year, second semester after-school enrichment clubs, the second stage of registration will be open from December 18th (Wednesday) 9:00 AM to December 22nd (Sunday) 6:00 PM. All are welcome to join!
 

2. Inquiry and Add/Drop: Add/drop period starts from December 18th (Wednesday) 9:00 AM until December 22nd (Sunday) 6:00 PM.

► Parents can check the clubs with available spots online and assist students with online add/drop.

► The principle for add/drop enrollment is: If a club that has formed a class still has available spots, the system will automatically enroll students in the order of their add/drop submission time until all spots are filled.

3. Payment:

► Payment period: From December 23rd (Monday) to December 29th (Sunday). Registration is only considered successful after payment! If payment is not made, the spot will be released! Please pay attention!!

4. Announcement of Enrollment

► Enrollment will be announced on January 10th (Friday), 114. Parents can also check the enrollment website.

► If you need to be placed on the waiting list, please fill out the electronic form (https://forms.gle/ah8eJP24sNjDTJdF9) from January 13th (Monday) 9:00 AM to January 19th (Sunday) 6:00 PM, 114. The list of successful waitlist candidates will be announced on the school website and the club's dedicated website under the latest news on January 21st (Tuesday).

► If you are successfully placed on the waiting list, please come to the school to pay between January 21st (Tuesday) and January 24th (Friday), daily from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.Successful enrollment is confirmed only after payment is completed.Parents are advised to plan ahead and keep track of the registration schedule. Spots will be released again if not paid for on time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

► The actual waiting list situation is affected by payment and withdrawal from clubs, so the waiting list times and available spots for each club cannot be synchronized. The enrollment list is expected to be announced on the school website and the library and information center's dedicated website on February 5th (Wednesday), 114.
