II. The aforementioned course aims to provide counseling and support resources for teachers, with the goal of enhancing teachers' teaching and counseling effectiveness, enabling them to gain self-awareness and integration, thereby alleviating work stress and improving teachers' mental health. III. The course implementation plan is attached, summarized as follows:

(I) Target audience and number of participants: Teachers and early childhood educators in all levels of schools (including kindergartens) under Taipei City, with approximately 20-24 participants per session.

(II) Course dates and times:

1. Session 4: February 5, 2025 (Wednesday), from 9:00 AM to 4:10 PM.

2. Session 5: February 6-7, 2025 (Thursday, Friday), from 9:00 AM to 4:10 PM.

3. Session 6: February 20, 2025 (Thursday), from 9:00 AM to 4:10 PM.
