I. In accordance with the "Taipei City 112-114 Academic Year Elementary and Junior High School Science and Innovation Education Implementation Plan."
II. The key information of the aforementioned plan is summarized as follows:
(I) Eligibility:
1. Currently enrolled students in grades 5 and 6 of public and private elementary schools in Taipei City for the 113 academic year who are interested in and creative in natural sciences.
2. Each school is limited to registering 2 teams, with a maximum of 4 students per team, and no less than 3 students per team. Teams with fewer than 3 students on the day of the competition will not be able to participate. A maximum of 40 teams will be accepted.
3. If there are gifted students among the registered students, including students in distributed gifted classes, school-based gifted students, and regional gifted students, there is a limit of 1 per team.
4. Each team shall have 1 supervising teacher to assist with competition guidance, team leadership, communication, coordination, and integration of related matters.
(II) Cross-disciplinary Idea Science Competition Information Session
1. Time: December 26, 113 (Thursday), 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM, via MEET online meeting.

3. Participants: Schools are encouraged to send representatives. Participants can choose to attend online or in person. Please register on the Taipei Teachers' In-service Education Network before December 25 (Wednesday).
(III) Registration Time and URL
1. Registration Period: From 9:00 AM on January 14, 114 (Tuesday) to 4:00 PM on January 16 (Thursday).

After registering online, please complete the paper registration form (with official seal) and the consent form for the transfer of copyright and portrait rights for audio-visual works (with parent's signature). These must be submitted to Chang'an Elementary School by the end of the workday on January 20, 114 (Monday) to be considered a complete registration.
4. The ownership of the audio-visual materials, images, works (including physical objects, project descriptions, design concept diagrams, etc.), and portrait rights of the participating students belongs to the organizer. Participating students must submit a consent form.
5. On the day of the competition, students must bring their student ID cards. If a student ID card is lost, a written statement of loss must be provided for verification.

(IV) The implementation plan is attached.
