I. In accordance with the letter from National Taiwan Normal University, Ref. No. 1131037538, dated December 23, 113 (Republic of China calendar).

II. Substitute teacher fees and travel expenses for participating school staff in this program will be subsidized by the Hakka Affairs Council from the allocated funds for each school.

III. We cordially invite teachers from schools not participating in this project to join us. Travel expenses will be covered by the project's funds (teaching responsibilities are to be managed by participants themselves).

IV. Dates and locations for the open observation classes in the previous semester: (I) Session: Junior High School Session (teachers from all levels are welcome to register). (II) Location: Tongde Junior High School, Taoyuan City. (III) Time: January 3, 114 (Republic of China calendar), from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

V. Registration for this program is online. Those who wish to participate in this training course should complete the registration information by filling it out at the following website before December 29, 113 (Republic of China calendar). Registration website:(Registration Link).

VI. Please grant official (business) leave and arrange for substitute teachers for attending personnel.
