Xinyi Elementary School 113 Academic Year Second Semester After-School Care Program (including Happy Class) Enrollment Announcement

I. Basis:

1. "After-School Care is Safe" After-School Care Service Implementation Plan.
2. Key Points for the Implementation of After-School Care Classes and After-School Enrichment Activities.

II. Purpose: To provide proper after-school placement for the children of dual-income families at our school.

III. Implementation Methods:

1. Eligibility: Students in grades 1 to 6 of our school.
2. Class Size: Classes will be formed by grade level, with 15-20 students per class. If the number of students is insufficient, mixed-age classes may be formed.
3. Teachers: Professional teachers will be hired in accordance with the teacher standards for after-school care programs promulgated by the Ministry of Education.
4. Classroom Arrangement: Arrangements will be made based on the actual number of students and classes.
5. Class Period:
   1. From February 11, 2025 (Tuesday) to June 20, 2025 (Friday). Additionally, sixth-grade classes will conclude on June 13, 2025 (Friday) due to graduation-related matters. (The school calendar for the semester will be based on the announcements from the Department of Education.)
   2. Grades 1 to 6: Classes will begin on the first day of school.
   3. No classes will be held on national holidays, school make-up days, or due to natural disasters or force majeure events announced by the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan. For example, Peace Memorial Day, Children's Day, Tomb Sweeping Day, Dragon Boat Festival holiday, ifthere is a make-up work day, there will be no classes..

IV. Registration Method:

1. Please register through theAfter-School Learning Registration and Payment System. Please register in the dedicated registration system area on the upper right side of the school's homepage.
2. Registration Period: December 31, 2024 (Tuesday) to January 6, 2025 (Monday)..Waiting List Registration: January 7, 2025 (Tuesday) to January 13, 2025 (Monday).Applicants during this period are on the waiting list. If a grade level class is full, they must wait for someone to withdraw or for a new class to be opened before they can join.

3. Check the admission list online: January 15, 2025 (Wednesday).
