The Taipei City Government Department of Education is organizing the "The Place Where Stories Begin - Hope Reading" film screening and post-screening discussion event. All are welcome to participate!

1. The Commonwealth Magazine Educational Foundation produced the documentary "The Place Where Stories Begin - Hope Reading," which records how rural teachers and students changed their lives through "reading" and "companionship." Through the true stories of rural teachers and students, we can see the profound impact teachers have on their students.

2. The Department will hold the "The Place Where Stories Begin - Hope Reading" 20th Anniversary Documentary Film Screening and Post-Screening Discussion event on February 8, 114 (2025). We invite elementary and junior high school teachers and reading promotion teachers in the city to watch together. Please register via the Google Forms link (https://reurl.cc/Q5GYvp). Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until full.

3. The relevant information for this screening and discussion event is as follows:

(1) Time: February 8, 114 (2025) (Saturday), from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

(2) Location: Taipei Xinyi Vieshow Cinemas (No. 20, Songshou Road, Xinyi District, Taipei City).

(3) Capacity: Maximum of 150 people.
