I. In accordance with the letter from the Department of Primary and Secondary Education, Ministry of Education, No. 1145700521, dated February 18, 114.

II. To provide schools with an assessment of the effectiveness of Chinese language support programs for cross-border transfer students, schools can participate in the rapid screening test administered by the Steering Committee for the Promotion of the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) after submitting an application and being approved by the cross-border transfer team.

III. Application conditions and methods are as follows:

(I) Applicants: Cross-border transfer students from the fifth grade of elementary school to senior high school (including senior high education).

(II) Application conditions:

1. Students who have received remedial Chinese language instruction for more than six months.

2. It is recommended to complete the online simulation test (URL: https://tocfl.edu.tw/index.php/exam/test/page/19).

3. Complete the Chinese language assessment update in the cross-border transfer reporting system (URL:https://tkids.nknu.edu.tw/__tkidsys/).

(III) Test items: Each candidate needs to complete one set of listening and reading tests.

(IV) Registration period: March 17, 114 to March 28, 114.

(V) Test period: April 7, 114 to April 25, 114.

(VI) Test method: Schools will assist in conducting the online rapid screening test.

(VII) Registration method: Online registration via Google Forms (URL:https://forms.gle/B2pEvUNU9MTo9Z3N9).

(VIII) Qualification review unit: Cross-border transfer student education program team.
