I. In accordance with the foundation's letter No. 1140000075 dated February 26, 114.
II. To encourage outstanding students across Taiwan to develop proficiency in information technology application and design thinking, stimulate learning motivation, and enhance opportunities for exchange and observation among schools, the foundation is organizing the aforementioned competition, with our bureau serving as the guiding unit. The competition details are as follows (implementation plan is attached):
(I) Competition Items: This event is a programming competition, held online using the Code Judger programming language automatic grading platform.
(II) Eligibility:
1. Any user with a Code Judger platform account can participate.
2. Previous winners who placed in the top three in this competition are not eligible to register. Their participation will be disqualified if discovered by the organizer.
(III) Registration Period: Monday, March 17, 114, to Thursday, April 10, 114.
(IV) Competition Date: Saturday, April 19, 114.
III. To encourage schools under this city to participate in the competition, the foundation will provide 10 sets of free "Code Judger accounts" for students participating from each school. The usage period will be from the registration start date to the competition end date. Schools are encouraged to actively promote student participation in the aforementioned competition based on their in-school programming education initiatives. Each school's participation in the competition will be factored into their annual quota for participating in information and communication technology application competitions.
