I. In accordance with the letter No. 1143012310 dated March 20, 114, from the Indigenous Peoples Commission of this Government.

II. The relevant incentive application matters are as follows:

(I) Incentive recipients:

1. Individual incentives:

(1) Incentive for successful candidates: Must have been registered as a resident of this city for 4 months or more. Must have passed the Indigenous Peoples Language Proficiency Test at the intermediate-high level (inclusive) or above. Each level can only be applied for once.

(2) Incentive for instructors: The instructor of a candidate applying for individual incentive (limited to 1 person) may apply for this incentive. Instructors must possess a certificate of qualification for the "Indigenous Peoples Language Proficiency Test" issued by the Indigenous Peoples Commission before December 31, 102, or a certificate of qualification for the "Indigenous Peoples Language Proficiency Test" issued after January 1, 103, at the advanced level (inclusive) or above. An affidavit jointly signed by the successful candidate and the instructor must be submitted upon application.

2. Indigenous language family incentives:

(1) Must have been registered as a resident of this city for 4 months or more.

(2) Two or more family members residing in the same household must have passed the Indigenous Peoples Language Proficiency Test in the same session (regardless of the passing level), and at least one of the passing members must be 18 years of age or older.

(3) Each family member passing the same level can only apply once.

(II) The incentive amounts for passing the Indigenous Peoples Language Proficiency Test are as follows:

1. Individual incentives:

(1) Incentive for successful candidates: NT$10,000 for intermediate-high level, NT$30,000 for advanced level, and NT$50,000 for superior level.

(2) Incentive for instructors: NT$3,000 for instructing a candidate who passes the intermediate-high level, NT$6,000 for instructing a candidate who passes the advanced level, and NT$10,000 for instructing a candidate who passes the superior level.

2. Indigenous language family incentives: (1) For two family members residing in the same household who pass the certification, the incentive is NT$6,000 per household; if there are more than two passing members, an additional NT$3,000 will be awarded for each additional member.

(2) The maximum incentive per household is NT$15,000.

(III) In conjunction with the update of this Government's application service system, please apply on the "Citizen Service Platform" website before March 24, 114. Subsequently, please apply on the "Taipei Service 91 Pass" website. Late applications will not be accepted.
