I. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's National Education Administration's letter No. 1145500998 dated March 24, 114.

II. The English Self-Assessment System (Link: www.testmyenglish.edu.tw) will hold its second test starting February 17, 114. To help all municipalities, counties (cities), and schools nationwide, as well as parents, better understand the features and functions of the English assessment system, and to make good use of the learning resources on the Cool English platform (https://www.coolenglish.edu.tw/), four regional in-person briefing sessions will be held.

III. Information regarding the aforementioned briefing sessions is summarized as follows:

(I) Northern Session: April 14, 114 (Monday), 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at the Lecture Hall, Cheng Da Building, 1st Floor, Guoliang Campus, National Taiwan Normal University (No. 162, Section 1, Heping East Road, Da'an District, Taipei City).

(II) Central Session: April 17, 114 (Thursday), 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, at the R116 Conference Room, 1st Floor, Yingcai Building, National Taichung University of Education (No. 227, Minsheng Road, West District, Taichung City).

(III) Eastern Session: April 24, 114 (Thursday), 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at the International Conference Hall, Taitung Campus, National Taitung University (No. 684, Section 1, Zhonghua Road, Taitung City, Taitung County).

(IV) Southern Session: April 25, 114 (Friday), 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at the International Conference Hall, College of Science, National Sun Yat-sen University (No. 70, Lianhai Road, Gushan District, Kaohsiung City).

IV. Target Audience:

(I) Teachers and parents of all senior high schools and below (including national schools).

(II) National Education Guidance Groups of all municipalities and counties (cities).

(III) English Education Resource Centers of all municipalities and counties (cities).

(IV) Bureaus (Departments) of Education of all municipalities and counties (cities).

V. Registration Process:

(I) Registration Method: Please fill out the registration form at (https://forms.gle/gUbYDHrrYdDz4ma49). The organizer will send relevant activity notifications via email to the contact email address provided in the registration form.

(II) Registration Period: Registration for all sessions is open from now until April 10, 114 (Thursday). Please complete and submit the registration form within the deadline.

(III) Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis based on the submission time of the registration form, until capacity is reached. If capacity is reached early, it will be announced on the registration form.
