II. Since 108, the Bureau has provided annual professional vision examinations for elementary school students in the city.
We appreciate your school's active promotion to parents about the importance of regular check-ups, assisting parents
in understanding children's myopia risk. After reviewing the vision impairment rate of elementary school students in the city, from 107 to
112 academic years, it has been below the national average for 6 consecutive years. From 108 to 110 academic years, it has been the best performing among the six special municipalities for 3 consecutive years.

III. To incentivize parents to bring their children for examinations, the aforementioned reward program has been established, with details as follows:

(I) Professional Vision Examination Lottery: Divided into "New Student Early Bird Award" (114 academic year 1st
grade students) and "Vision is Not to Be Delayed Award" (114 academic year 2nd-6th grade students). Those who complete the examination before October 31, 114, will be eligible for the lottery.
