Description:
I. In accordance with the city's subsidy program for menstrual products for female students in elementary, junior high, and senior high schools.
II. This case adopts the CoolClass Cloud (APP) system for automatic coupon distribution, distributing two "menstrual
product coupons" to the CoolClass Cloud accounts of eligible recipients each month.
III. The icons for redemption items at the three major channels are attached. Please use the school's publicity channels to inform
students and parents for easy inquiry of redemption items.
IV. Additionally, the CoolClass Cloud in this case interfaces with the school administration system to identify student identities. In response to the summer
school administration system upgrade and the cross-grade academic status conversion for graduating students, please
assist in publicizing the content of the "Frequently Asked Questions for July-August" to students and parents, and advise students and parents to redeem the coupons for June and July before the first week of July as much as possible.
The coupons for August can only be presented in CoolClass Cloud after the school administration system is upgraded to the 114
academic year and the academic status of all students is set.
