I. This is a follow-up to Taipei City Department of Health’s letter No. 1143033585 dated August 11, 2025.

II. Dental caries are a common health problem among children. The Department of Health, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Welfare, promotes fluoride application services for children under 6 years of age every six months; low-income or disabled children under 12 years of age receive the service every three months. Parents can use this service to establish regular check-ups and fluoride application habits for their children.

III. This year (2025), the Taipei City Department of Health has commissioned Rekos International Co., Ltd. to implement this incentive program. This program encourages public and private kindergartens and childcare centers in Taipei City, as well as children and their parents who meet the eligibility criteria for the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s "Oral Preventive Health Services—Children's Fluoride Application" subsidy. Those who completed children's fluoride application health community outreach services between January 1 and October 31, 2025, or parents who took their children for fluoride application services, can register on the event website (https://kideyecare.health.gov.tw/act_fluoride) to participate in the lottery.
