I. To cultivate students' information application and humanistic care literacy, and to utilize computer graphic creation combined with interdisciplinary learning to showcase creative thinking abilities, the Education Bureau and the Rotary Club have jointly organized this event, with Gu Ting Elementary School in Da’an District, Taipei City, serving as the host. A summary of the competition highlights is as follows:

(1) Participants: Students from all public and private elementary and junior high schools nationwide (including non-school-based experimental education, junior high school sections of completely integrated secondary schools, and junior high school sections of international schools).

(2) Competition Categories: 1. Flat Illustration (Elementary School Division, Junior High School Division). 2. Animation. 3. Illustrated Article. 4. AI Creation. 5. Flat Illustration (Angel Division).

(3) Registration: Interested teachers and students are requested to register online and submit their entries from October 1, 2025 (Wednesday) to December 19, 2025 (Friday). For entries with category codes A, B, C, D, E, F, and G, please register and submit via the Rotary Club event website (URL: www.southworld.org.tw). For entries with category code H (Flat Illustration – Angel Division), please contact Ms. Luo of the Rotary Club by phone and submit via email (email address: southworld.rotary@gmail.com).

(4) Award Ceremony: The award ceremony is tentatively scheduled for January 25, 2026 (Sunday) at Gu Ting Elementary School in Taipei City.
