I. The Taipei Marathon is jointly organized by the Taipei City Government, the Chinese Taipei Athletics Association, and the Chinese Taipei Road Runners Association, and undertaken by the Department of Sports. It is an important annual large-scale event for the city. On December 20, 2025 (Saturday), one day before the official race, a fun breakfast run will be held at the Taipei City Hall Plaza (start/finish line). This event is suitable for families, beginner runners, and students. More details are as follows:

(I) 9K Group (including wheelchair division):

1. Quota Limit: 7,000 people.

2. Start Time: 6:00 AM (wheelchair division starts 2 minutes earlier).

3. Route: Start at Taipei City Hall Plaza, pass through Ren'ai Road Sections 1-4, and turn back at the original line before Zhongshan South Road (do not cross the intersection).

(II) 3K Group (including wheelchair division):

1. Quota Limit: 5,000 people.

2. Start Time: 7:30 AM (wheelchair division starts 2 minutes earlier).

3. Route: Start at Taipei City Hall Plaza, pass through Ren'ai Road Section 4 to the original line before the Dunhua South Road traffic circle and turn back (do not cross the intersection).
