I. This is conducted in accordance with document No. 1140800320 issued by the Human Resources Academy on August 26, 2025, and a copy of the original document is attached.
II. Given the rapid iteration and advancement of artificial intelligence, this year's conference focuses on Taiwan's AI competitiveness. It will provide learning opportunities to overview the latest trends and practical applications of AI in various industries and job functions in Taiwan. Participants can engage in collaborative learning and discussions on common AI issues to achieve cross-domain benchmark learning among industry, government, and academia. Details are as follows:
(1) Time: September 9 (Tuesday) to September 10 (Wednesday), 2025, 9:30 AM to 4:50 PM.
(2) Venue: International Conference Hall, Academia Sinica, Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences (No. 128, Sec. 2, Academia Rd., Nangang Dist., Taipei City).
(3) Features:
1. More than 50 keynote speeches, special lectures, and panel discussions.
2. Covering aspects such as Agentic AI industrial applications, AI in robotics and drones, the AI revolution in sports science, AI policy and security, and Digital Twin practical cases.

III. In response to the government's policy of cultivating AI civil servants, trainees who have participated in the AI Literacy Level certification test of the Human Resources Academy's "AI Promotion Practical Seed Talent Certification Class" from the 1st to the 5th periods (including those who have already registered) can participate for free (registration website, registration deadline: September 2, 2025). Other civil servants enjoy a preferential registration fee of NT$2,000 (registration website, registration deadline: September 5, 2025).
IV. According to Article 18 of the Civil Servants Training and Further Education Act, each agency should consider the needs of its business and budget to subsidize its staff's participation in AI knowledge training (as per document No. 1140138020 issued by the municipal government on August 13, 2025). The Human Resources Academy will grant lifelong learning hours to participating civil servants after the conference.
