I. This program is conducted in accordance with the "Taipei City Elementary and Junior High School Science and Innovation Education Implementation Plan for the 2025-2027 school years".
II. A summary of the key information of the aforementioned plan is as follows:
(A) Participants:
1. Students enrolled in public and private elementary and junior high schools in Taipei City, divided into three groups: lower elementary, upper elementary, and junior high school.
2. Each school can register a maximum of two teams per group. Each team will be assigned one supervising teacher by the school, with a maximum of two teachers.
(B) Application Method:
1. School Selection and Team Registration: After school selection, please submit the scanned PDF file of the "Citizen Science Service Practice Plan Application Form" (Attachment 1) with school seal to the designated school email address before 4:00 PM on Friday, October 31, 2025. For elementary school groups, please send it to Ms. Yang Ching-Yi, Department of Instruction, Huai Sheng Elementary School: tct@wses.tp.edu.tw; For junior high school groups, please send it to Ms. Wang Mei-Ling, Principal, Wan Hua Junior High School: th102@whjhs.tp.edu.tw.
2. Project Review: The "Citizen Science Service Practice Plan" review committee will conduct the review. It is expected that 15 projects will be approved for each of the lower and upper elementary school groups, and 10 projects for the junior high school group.
3. Results Announcement: The review results will be announced on the Huai Sheng Elementary School website and Wan Hua Junior High School website at 4:00 PM on Monday, November 17, 2025.
4. Incentive Subsidy: Each approved project will receive a NT$3,000 gift certificate to subsidize the service practice activities.
