I. In accordance with the "Taipei City 112-114 School Year Elementary and Junior High School Science and Innovation Education Implementation Plan".
II. The key information of the aforementioned plan is summarized as follows:
(I) Participants:
1. Students enrolled in public and private elementary and junior high schools in the city, divided into three groups: elementary school middle grades, elementary school upper grades, and junior high school.
2. Each school can register up to two teams per group. Each team will be assigned one to two supervising teachers by the school.
(II) Application Method:
1. School selection and team registration: After school selection, please scan the "Citizen Science Service Practice Project Registration Application Form" (Attachment 1) with official seals into a PDF electronic file and send it to the designated school's email address before 4:00 PM on October 31, 114. For elementary school groups, please send it to Ms. Yang Jing-yi's email at the Academic Affairs Office of Huaisheng Elementary School: tct@wses.tp.edu.tw; for junior high school groups, please send it to Director Wang Mei-ling's email at Wanhua Junior High School: th102@whjhs.tp.edu.tw.
2. Project review: The review will be conducted by the "Citizen Science Service Practice Project" review committee. It is expected that 15 projects will be approved for the elementary school middle grades group, 15 projects for the elementary school upper grades group, and 10 projects for the junior high school group.
3. Results announcement: The review results will be announced on the websites of Huaisheng Elementary School and Wanhua Junior High School at 4:00 PM on November 17, 114 (Monday).
4. Awards and subsidies: Projects that pass the review will be awarded a NT$3,000 gift certificate each to subsidize the expenses for carrying out service practice activities.
