I. This is conducted in accordance with the Hakka Affairs Council (hereinafter referred to as the HAC) letter No. 1146700789 dated September 10, 2025.

II. To complete national language education learning materials and online learning resources, the HAC has established the "Lai Shang Ke" website based on the "National Language Development Act" and the "12-Year Basic Education Curriculum Framework." The website contains digital teaching materials for Hakka in five dialects for elementary, junior high, and senior high schools. It assists teachers in selecting appropriate levels and integrates fully with the Hakka language curriculum. Students can use computers and mobile devices for self-study, promoting Hakka language teaching and usage. Please make full use of it (URL: https://12basic.hakka.gov.tw).

III. The original materials were divided into different web pages. To make student learning more systematic, the HAC has integrated and established the "Lai Shang Ke" online learning platform. It has added more interpersonal and social interaction functions, developed diverse self-learning resources, online competitions, and activities for teachers and students to use and learn. To help teachers understand the functions and operation methods of the platform and its resources, the HAC will hold an online briefing session on September 16, 2025, at 7:00 PM (see attachment). IV. The HAC will hold two online "National Competitions" from September 15 to October 15, 2025. Students participating in the competition will have the chance to win up to 150 prizes, including Kobo Libra Colour e-readers. Details of the competition will be explained at the meeting.
