I. In accordance with the implementation plan of "Hahow for Campus Self-Learning Appreciation Festival: My Skill Harvest Exhibition" for the first semester of the 114th academic year on Taipei Cooc Cloud.
II. The Bureau has been purchasing "Hahow for Campus" authorized audio-visual courses since 112, providing them for self-use by teachers and students in the city through the Taipei Cooc Cloud platform. As the service has been online for nearly two years, the Bureau is organizing the aforementioned event to encourage students to review and improve, reflect on their learning journey, and consider their learning outcomes.
III. This plan offers 3 categories of themes, with a total of 30 activity courses, and plans for 3 learning tasks. A brief description of each task is as follows:
(I) Task 1 "My Training Map":
1. Activity period: From the date of approval and announcement until November 20, 114 (Thursday) at 23:59.
2. Target audience: Public and private high school, vocational high school, and junior high school students in the city.
3. Learning task: Complete viewing of any 1 designated activity course, and the system determines that the course progress has reached 80% (inclusive) or more.
4. Activity reward: Students who complete viewing any 1 course will be awarded 1 G-gem for Cooc APP character growth (maximum of 30 gems).
(II) Task 2 "Autumn Harvest, Winter Storage - Learning Journal":
1. Activity period: From now until November 20, 114 (Thursday) at 23:59.
2. Target audience: Public and private high school, vocational high school, and junior high school students in the city.
3. Learning task: With the theme of "Hahow for Campus User Experience and Feedback," students need to set their own topic and write a learning reflection of 500 to 2,000 characters, which can include impressive courses, learning gains from watching courses, and other learning thoughts.
4. Learning reward: Students who submit reflections according to the task requirements will be awarded 3 G-gems (each person can only be counted once). Additionally, those who are rated as "Excellent" (1 person), "Outstanding" (3 people), and "Commendable" (6 people) according to the activity's evaluation criteria will receive prizes such as e-readers, smartwatches, and microphone sets.
(III) Task 3 "Before Embarking on a New Journey":
1. Activity period: From now until November 30, 114 (Sunday).
2. Target audience: Public and private high school, vocational high school, and junior high school students in the city, as well as teachers and parents from public and private schools at all levels in the city.
3. Task content: Invite teachers, parents, and students in the city to fill out an online feedback questionnaire, providing opinions on course content, learning effectiveness, and platform operation, which will serve as a reference for future course improvement and learning activity planning.
4. Task feedback: Completing the questionnaire will earn 1 G-gem (each person can only be counted once) and provide 1 chance to win a "NT$500 Book Voucher" lottery (a total of 20 winning spots).
IV. The G-gems for this activity's rewards are expected to be distributed uniformly by December 15, 114 (Monday). The list of prize winners for "Task 2" and "Task 3" is expected to be announced on January 9, 115 (Friday) on Taipei Cooc Cloud's "Latest Announcements" at Taipei Cooc Cloud, and winners will be notified via email within 5 working days after the announcement.
V. Furthermore, to continue providing diverse and appropriate learning content, the current Hahow for Campus authorized course service will end on November 30, 114. A course list adjustment will be carried out starting from December 1, 114, with course updates expected to be completed by January 1, 115.
VI. Attached is 1 copy of the implementation plan for this case.
