I. The "From Digital Teaching to AI Application | Campus Digital Transformation Challenge Survey," organized by Google for Education (Taiwan) and undertaken by CommonWealth Magazine, aims to respond to the Ministry of Education's policy of promoting "One Tablet Per Student and Digital Teaching Guidelines 3.0." Through this questionnaire, we intend to understand the current situation and challenges faced by teachers nationwide in integrating digital and AI teaching tools amidst the AI wave, and to collect the real needs from the front lines of education.
II. The survey results will serve as an important reference for future teaching resource planning and the promotion of digital teaching. Subsequently, we will share teaching application models and resources based on teachers' needs to help them enhance their AI teaching capabilities.
III. Survey details are as follows:
(I) Target Audience: National elementary and junior high school teachers.
(II) Response Period: From now until November 28 (Friday).

IV. Participation Gifts: "A Prize for Everyone" To thank teachers for their support, we will send the "AI Education Keyword Compilation Pack" and "Google for Education × Gemini Exclusive Lesson Plans" to participating teachers by the end of December, and they will be eligible to enter a lucky draw. Prizes include:
1. 10 winners of a digital annual subscription serial number for "Flip Education" (retail price NT$3,348).
2. 4 winners of NT$300 shopping vouchers for two major convenience stores.
