(1) Target Audience: Students from special education schools in this city, as well as students with disabilities from public and private schools.

(2) Registration Period: From now until August 3, 115 (Monday).

(3) Artwork Submission Location: Taipei School for the Deaf and Blind (No. 320, Section 3, Chongqing North Road, Datong District, Taipei City). Postmark date will be the basis for submission.

(4) Activity Time and Location:

1. Opening Ceremony: September 24, 115 (Thursday), 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

2. Artwork Exhibition: From September 24, 115 (Thursday) to October 14, 115 (Wednesday).

(5) Artwork Themes:

1. Themed Category: Plants, Ecology, Growth.

2. Free Creation Category.
