1. This journal's content focuses on disseminating information related to the systems, policies, laws, curricula, teaching, faculty, and student training research and practices in secondary education, primary education, special education, and early childhood education (hereinafter referred to as the "pre-secondary education stages"). Its aim is to enhance the academic research and practical standards of school education. It publishes 4 issues annually, released in March, June, September, and December.

2. Submission categories are divided into 6 types: "Focus Topics," "Thematic Papers/General Papers," "Teaching Practice Papers," "Practical Sharing," "Spiritual Recharge Station," and "Featured Schools/Units."

3. Submissions are accepted year-round, and manuscripts are reviewed upon receipt. All submissions undergo anonymous review, conducted based on principles of professionalism, fairness, and ethics.
