1. In accordance with the "Taipei City 114th Academic Year Smart Education Elite Award and Cool AI Excellent Lesson Plan Selection Implementation Plan".
2. To encourage public and private high schools and below in the city to actively invest in information technology education, technology-assisted teaching, and digital learning, and to strengthen schools' administrative support for information technology education, the Bureau has commissioned Daan Vocational High School to undertake the aforementioned activities. This includes selecting outstanding talents in information technology education applications in the city and soliciting excellent Cool AI lesson plans, establishing model school teams, and promoting the city's digital teaching achievements.
3. Activity information is as follows:
(1) This implementation plan is divided into two major categories: "Smart Education Elite Award" and "Cool AI Excellent Lesson Plan Selection." Registration information is as follows:
1. "Smart Education Elite Award":
(1) Eligibility: Principals, directors, and full-time teachers of public and private senior high schools and below in the city. Participating teachers must have served in their current school for at least 1 year before April 26, 115 (Sunday).
(2) Registration Categories: There are three major categories: "Teaching Category - Information Technology Teaching Group," "Teaching Category - General Subject Teaching Group," and "Administrative Category." Teachers can participate individually or as a team (3 to 6 people per team, with cross-school teams allowed). Additionally, under the "Administrative Category," recommendation slots are available for schools to recommend administrative personnel who actively assist the school in executing information administrative tasks (such as cybersecurity management reporting, information equipment management, etc.).
2. "Cool AI Excellent Lesson Plan Selection":
(1) Eligibility: Teachers (including substitute teachers) employed in public and private senior high schools and below in the city. Teams can be formed across schools, with a maximum of 4 participants per team. Once registered team members are confirmed, they cannot be changed. Each person is limited to participating in one lesson plan.
(2) Those who have registered for the "Teaching Category or Administrative Category of the Smart Education Elite Award" may also register for the "Cool AI Excellent Lesson Plan Selection."
(2) Activity Schedule:
1. Online Registration: Interested teachers can register online from now until April 26, 115 (Sunday) on the city's Technology Education Network (website) and submit the relevant registration materials.
2. Preliminary Review Phase: From May 11, 115 (Monday) to May 22, 115 (Friday), the Bureau will invite experts and scholars to serve as judges for a written review. Those selected will advance to the final review for the "Smart Education Elite Award" and will be awarded winners for the "Cool AI Excellent Lesson Plan Selection." Teachers who have previously received the "Taipei Cool Class Cloud Teacher Training" certification or participated in the "Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) to School Learning" program will receive bonus points during the judging phase.
3. Announcement of Finalists for the Second Round: June 5, 115 (Friday).
4. "Smart Education Elite Award" Second Round Review Phase: To be held on June 15, 114 (Monday) at Daan Vocational High School.
5. Announcement of Winners: June 26, 115 (Friday), to be announced on the city's Technology Education Network.
6. The date and schedule for the awards ceremony will be announced separately.
