Starting from the 11th "Hsin-Yi Children's Animation Award" in 2019, the Hsin-Yi Foundation established the "Taiwan Children's Creation Group" to encourage children to engage in animation creation, thereby cultivating their media literacy and promoting the development of diverse abilities such as expression, sharing, and cooperation.
2. Submissions for the 18th "Hsin-Yi Children's Animation Award - Taiwan Children's Creation Group" are now open, with the deadline for submissions being September 30, 2026. The competition is open to Taiwanese children aged 7 to 12 (including graduating students). The competition offers several awards including a Special Award, Excellence Award, and Honorable Mention, with medals and cash prizes.
